We’re so excited you’re planning ahead for Camp Embark Summer Camp! Our early enrollment offers are designed to reward families who plan early and help make summer planning smooth and stress-free. To ensure clarity and fairness for everyone, please review the details below before completing registration:

Limited-Time Offer: Early enrollment pricing is available for a limited time only. Once the promotion ends, standard Summer Camp rates will apply.

Payment Requirements: Payment is required at the time of registration to secure discounted pricing. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received. If payment plans are selected, families must remain current on scheduled payments.
No Combining Discounts: Early enrollment offers may not be combined with other promotions, referral credits, sibling discounts, or financial aid.
Week Selection Deadline: Families will select their Summer Camp weeks by May 1, 2026. Any changes requested after this date are subject to availability and a $50 administrative fee.
Final Sale Policy: Discounted enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Camp weeks cannot be transferred to another child.
Attendance & Cancellations: Missed days, absences, early drop-offs, or early pickups do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Program Flexibility: Camp Embark may adjust activities, field trips, or schedules as needed for safety, weather, or operational reasons. We remain committed to delivering the high-quality, enriching experience families expect.
Limited Availability: Discounted spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a selected week fills, we’ll assist in finding another available week at the same rate when possible.
Camp Policies: By registering, families agree to follow all Camp Embark policies as outlined in the Parent Handbook.

All discounted Summer Camp registrations are final. Camp Embark reserves the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time. In the rare event a program is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, families will receive a credit for future use.
