We’re so excited you’re joining us early for our Camps! These Black Friday specials are our way to thank loyal families and welcome new ones. To keep things smooth and fair for everyone, please read the following before checkout:

 

1. Limited-Time Offer: These special prices are only available during Cyber Sale Monday promotion. Once the offer ends, regular rates apply.

2. One Package Per Season Per Family: Each family may only purchase one Black Friday package or Cyber Sale package per season. Multiple package purchases for the same season are not permitted, even across siblings.

3. Full Payment Required: Payment is due in full at registration to secure your discount. We’re unable to hold spots without payment.

4. No Combining Discounts: This special can’t be used with other offers, referral credits, sibling discounts, or financial aid.

5. Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable: Because these rates are discounted, all Black Friday and Cyber Sale purchases are final. We can’t issue refunds or transfer weeks to another child.

6. Attendance & Cancellations: Missed days, absences, or early pickups don’t qualify for refunds or credits.

7. Program Flexibility: We may adjust activities, field trips, or schedules when needed for safety or weather. We’ll always keep the fun and quality you expect from Camp Embark.

8. Limited Spots: Once a week fills, we’ll help you find another available week at the same rate if possible.

9. Camp Policies Apply: By registering, you agree to follow our camp policies shared in the Parent Handbook.

All Cyber Sale registrations are final. Camp Embark may adjust or close this promotion at any time. If a program must be canceled for reasons beyond our control, you’ll receive a credit for future use.
